From raw material measurement, mixing and pouring to cutting and maintenance, palletizing and packaging, the whole line adopts CNC automatic operation, which can be performed by ordinary workers, significantly reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency.
Professionally developed cutting saw system, the cutting error is controlled within 1.0mm, which is suitable for many types of molds, such as long mold box, square mold box, etc., with low waste rate and high finished product rate.
Adopting self-heating circulation conservation system (optional air energy conservation), non-high-temperature vaporization method, energy consumption reduced by more than 50%, no waste water and gas emissions, environmental assessment easier to pass.
Fly ash, river sand, slag, stone powder, industrial tailings, construction waste and other materials can be used to realize the recycling of resources and reduce the production cost by using local materials.
