Adopting closed independent air hole structure, the air holes do not communicate with each other, fundamentally blocking the path of water infiltration. After testing, the waterproof performance is much better than traditional blocks, and the outer wall can meet the seepage prevention requirement without additional waterproof treatment.
Cement and finely ground mineral brick powder are used as binder materials, river sand is used as aggregate, and special additives are used to greatly improve the strength and stability of concrete, ensuring the long-term safety and reliability of the wall.
The weight is 800-1300KG/M³, which is only 2/3 of the red brick and 1/2 of the ordinary concrete, significantly reducing the dead weight of the building, reducing the cross-section size of the foundation, beams and columns, saving the amount of steel and concrete, and lowering the overall cost of the project.
