Newly introduced German CLC block advanced technology of lightweight brick equipment, can produce foam bricks, lightweight bricks, aerated blocks and other new wall materials, in line with the direction of national policy support, with a broad market prospects. The produced bricks have high strength, light texture, waterproof and anti-crack, which are indispensable green building materials in modern construction.
Lightweight brick equipment is cement, slag, river sand, fly ash, slag and other raw materials, through the mixing and foaming process to form a microporous bubble concrete, and then cut, maintenance and other processes, automatic production of lightweight bricks, foam bricks, aerated bricks and other building materials such as professional production line.
"Lightweight" is its core feature, the product weight is generally 500-800kg/m³, only 1/4 of the ordinary concrete, can float in the water. The use of lightweight bricks can significantly reduce the weight of buildings, improve construction efficiency, reduce overall costs, and enhance the seismic performance.
Adopting German CLC foam concrete technology and formula, combined with non-autoclaved environmentally friendly technology, the technology is mature and reliable, energy-saving and non-polluting, which significantly improves the product strength, waterproofing and heat preservation performance.
