What is high precision block?

High-precision blocks are high-precision wall materials produced on the basis of ordinary aerated blocks through advanced technical means and special equipment. The products are characterized by precise size, sharp corners, easy construction and high added value, and are now widely used in large-scale high-end real estate and building materials.

1. High overall strength

With high strength and good overall performance, it can be used as a wall spacer with high layer width and large span. After anchoring with steel structure fittings, there is no need to add wall columns for walls with large span and high storey width, and its impact resistance is 1.5 times higher than that of general masonry.

2. Increase utility area

Thickness of 100mm, 85mm thinner than the traditional 120mm wall plus plaster, every 12 meters of extended wall construction, can increase the utility area of 1 square meter, the overall area of the room increased by 4-6%, significantly enhance the use of space value.

3. Excellent seepage resistance

The internal holes are all independent closed holes with a diameter of about 1~2mm, which can effectively prevent the diffusion of moisture. The impermeability of the wall is 85% higher than that of clay brick wall when ordinary external stucco is used.
